FLIGBY formed an integral part of the recent Ph.D. course “Experiential Learning, Flow and Serious Games”, held by Dr. Zoltan Buzady, Associate Professor of Leadership and our Academic Director.
Participants were asked to submit their personal-professional blog contributions to our www.flowleadership.org site, sharing their insights and learning experiences.

This Ph.D. candidate team analyzed the impact of FLIGBY along the dimensions outlined in the famous McKinsey’s 7S Model of organizational analysis and change and shared their major learning points in the infographic below:

McKinsey’s 7S model

Similar to Csikszentmihalyi’s Good Business Principles, the model represents the connections between seven areas and divides them into ‘Soft Ss’ and ‘Hard Ss’. The shape of the model emphasizes the interconnectedness of the elements.

We at FLIGBY also believe in the interconnectedness of elements!

Dr. Zoltan Buzady
