Dr. Zoltan Buzady, academic director of the Leadership & Flow Global Research Network, is her research supervisor and assisted in the exploration of 29 leadership skills and the impact of leadership styles on organizational performance (profitability, team atmosphere, individual flow level, and sustainability) via FLIGBY decision-making simulation data of 1000+ managers collected in Hungary, Türkiye, and Kazakhstan.
